Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — LPA arrived at the facility. LPA waited for approximately 5 minutes for someone open the gate entrance. LPA observed Assistant Director open the door in room#6. Assistant Director allowed a preschool child (C7) to walk out of room#6 in order to allow C7 use the restroom. Once Assistant Director observed C7 enter the restroom, Assistant Director close the door and went into room#6. LPA was allowed inside by a infant teacher(See LIC811). LPA observed C7 walk out of the restroom and walk back to room#6 unsupervised.
