Any licensed child day care center that fails to take that action is subject to the temporary suspension of their license pursuant to Section 1596.886. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having lead exceedance 8.88 in the infant classroom west bubbler, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
