Fire Safety Clearance — Based on LPA’s observations, licensee’s own admissions, interviews, and records reviewed, the garage continued to be utilized for child care which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal risk to persons in care.
Mandated reporter training — Based on record reviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 assistants and licensee (3 out of 5) did not have current mandated reported training certificates which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Fire Safety Clearance — The Licensee did not have a fire clearance for the garage. Per Fire Marshal, the garage is not approved for use for childcare. However, there were four (4) children napping the garage upon LPA's arrival. Licensee stated that the garage is utilized as Room 2 for childcare. Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the garage is utilized as Room 2 for daycare use which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
