Mandated reporter training — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 1 out of 4 staff (Staff 1 [S1]) did not have a completed renewal of mandated reporter training which satisfies Assembly Bill 1207. LPA did observe that the staff member had mandated reporter training that satisfies only Assembly Bill 1432 & 1913. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
