Program Administrator stated the water testing was completed on 9/13/2023 and results were provided 9/22/23

Health-Related Services — Based on the observation & record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. It was discovered a prescription for C1 was being stored at the facility. Program Administrator understands all expired prescriptions, when a prescription is no longer needed or when a child withdraws should be sent home with Authorized Representative or disposed of.
