This regulation has not been met as evidenced by: Based on interview, the licensee did not ensure the personal rights of children, children were forced to sit which poses a potential Health, Safety, and Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This regulation has not been met as evidenced by: Based on interview, the licensee did not ensure the personal rights of children. A verbal altercation took place in front of children during which profanity was used which poses a potential Health, Safety, and Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
