Health-Related Services — Based on observation and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. Although all medication was stored in the center appropriately, C8 did not have signatures of the authorized representatives for staff to administer medication for that specific child. Site director stated she will get the signature during pick up today. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Child's Medical Assessments — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 6 children's files reviewed. Due to the facility not having the physicians report for C6, the TB test result was also not available. This which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Although all medication was stored in the center appropriately, 2 children did not have signatures of the authorized representatives for staff to administer medication for those specific children.
