Licensee states that S1 does not have a valid First Aid/CPR certificate on file and is occasionally left alone with children.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that one (1) out of five (5) children did not have the LIC 700 Emergency card on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee states she gave the documentation to the parents of C1 but have not received them.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two (2) out of the five (5) children did not have the Individual Infant Sleeping Plan LIC 9227 on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
