Personal Rights — Based on observation and interviews LPAs observed on 3/10/23 at 9:00am 4 childcare children were sitting on the highchairs without any food or drinks on the tables. The tray were clean. This poses an immediate safety risk to the children in care.
Immunizations — Based on review of children records, Licensee did not obtain C1’s immunization records and was missing blue card in file. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
