Staffing Ratio and Capacity — Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when entered the home LPA observed eleven (11) children in care which two of the eleven (11) were infants with only one qualified adult staff on site providing care and supervision which poses an Immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — in-ground pool drowning prevention requirements — Based onobservation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above pool area was out of compliance per AB2866 - The Pool Safety Act which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on observation record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above LPA observed S1 return from transporting children to school. During staff file review it was determined S1 had an expired CPR certification which placed her out of compliance as she was alone transporting children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
