Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in due to the outdoor play space had the following: Rotting fruit from tree on the grass, a wheel barrow placed upside down, air conditiing unit not covered, sprinkler with wires sticking out. Clutter on top of bar area should be removed to aviod it falling on children, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
