Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on the LPA’s interviews conducted the facility did not comply with section above as there was no staff member on the playground that witness C1 fall and hit their left side of their forehead hit a tricycle handle bar, causing a bump on their left side of the forehead.
