Staff immunization — influenza, pertussis and measles — Based on observation, iinterview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Staff #1 (S1) admitted that Staff #2 (S2) does not have Immunization, and provide evidence of a tuberculosis (T/B) result, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
