Where staff 3 was under the supervsion of a fully qulafied teacher but twenty-two children were present. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Teacher-Child Ratio — Based on observation and interview, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in one out of four classrooms inspected. Preschool classroom had twenty two children present, with one fully qualified teacher and an aide, exceeding the limit of 18 children. Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — Based on interviews and records reviewed, C1 was not instructed to utilize the River stones in an appropriate manner by utilizing thier hands when crawling or climbing. C1 was running and tripped and the floor that was not cushioned, causing C1 to hit their forehead.
