Personal Rights. Each child receiving services from a family childcare home shall be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff, residents and other persons. This requirment was not met as evidenced by: Adults in the home abused Child #1 and other children on multiple occasions, on multiple days at the facility, which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of persons in care.
