Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as evidenced by toys attached to crib and hanging from the side of the crib.
102416 Personnel Requirements (c) The licensee and other personnel as specified shall complete training on preventive health practices, including pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above evidenced by licensee and staff have expired pediatric cpr/1st aid trainings on file.
