Each meal shall include, at a minimum, the amount of food components as specified by Title 7, CFR, Part 226.20, (Revised January 1, 1990) Requirements for Meals, for the age group served. No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This regulation was not met as evidenced by Based on LPA observation, children were napping in a room without visual supervision from staff which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of persons in care.
