Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on incident report and interviews, a child was left alone in the hallway. Classroom staff did not know they had left a child in the hallway until another facility staff brought the child to the classroom. Child being left without supervision poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
