Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on observation, LPA observed that the staff on the 3's playground were by the bouncy house. There were children by the table and blacktop area where there was no staff present. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on observation, LPA observed around 10:29AM that a child was in the restroom. The staff had stepped out of the restroom area, then returned. Restroom has half-walls, so no staff is able to visually supervise the child, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
