Staff-Infant Ratio — LPA Pringle observed S1 and S2 alone in two of the Toddler classrooms supervising infants. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
Teacher Qualifications and Duties — LPA observed two staff members S1 and S2 supervising children alone without proof of qualifications on file at the facility. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
