Teacher-Child Ratio — Based on observation, LPAs observed S1 leave Classroom 1 where children were present several times, leaving S2 alone with more than 12 children on several occasions during the visit which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPAs observed a section of the high climbing equipment was not in good repair as the climbing steps attached to the structure are loose which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
