Disaster and Mass Casualty Plan — Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Due to last fire drill conducted on 9/7/23.
Licensees shall maintain a lead value at or below the Action Level of 5ppb in all outlets subject to the testing requirements of these Written Directives, for the health and safety of children in care.
