Operation of a Family Child Care Home: (b) The home shall be kept clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in home is cluttered and there is a hole in the kitchen where dishwasher should be located, which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
