Smoking Prohibition — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and LPA J. Culbert smelled smoke on two different visits. LPA A. Mooberry confirmed the smoke smell on the second visit. The smoke was strong in the main bedroom (off limits) on both occasions. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to persons in care.
