Criminal Record Clearance — Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as upon arrival at the facility LPA observed an adult, S1, present at the home working with day-care children who was not associated to the facility and which had been working at the facility for approximatley a year according to the Licensee which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed that accessible fencing in the on-limits backyard that bordered the Courtyard was in disrepair as the wood was displaced, had splintered edges, and had nails/staples which stuck out which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
