This was not met as evidenced by, After record review, Unusual Incident Report (UIR) stated child was given milk when he had an identified allergy and epi-pen on site. Staff provided child with milk, which required the epi-pen to be administered and 911 to be contacted. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
