While touring the back yard of the family child care home, LPA observed an open side gate leading to an open shed. Inside the shed, LPA observed Ortho bug spray, Grout Haze Remover, and tree pruners with saw blades which were accessible to children in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
