Outdoor Activity Space — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed a sandbox covered by a green tarp that had water puddles on top. LPA observed multiple ants, ants nests and spiders in and around the sandbox. Spider webs were also visible on the sandbox which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
