Inspection Authority of the Department — LPA was not let into the home until 5 minutes later. LPA rang doorbell, called out licensee's name, and called cell phone number on file. This poses a potential risk to children in care.
Mandated reporter training — All staff at child care need to complete Mandated Reporter Training. This poses a potential risk to children in care.
