LPA observed 2 cleaning product sprays in a cabinet underneath the sink in the children’s bathroom. Cabinet did not have any safety latches installed. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

The pool fence was approximately greater then 3 inches from the ground to the bottom of the fence. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee was unable to provide documentation for staff #2 's findings of positive TB test and Staff #3 did not have proof of tb test. Staff immunization — influenza, pertussis and measles — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Staff #3 did not have documentation of the measles vaccine. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
