Family home — children supervised at all times — Based on observation and interview, the co-licensees did not comply with the section cited above as LPA was informed by Co-licensee Alicia Rodriguez that Co-licensee Devi San Martin was not present today due to being away at a training for another job and has been away for the past week in another state which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Immunizations — Based on interview and record review, the co-licensees did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed that C1, C2, C3, and C4 were missing proof of updated immunizations which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
