If no assistant provider is present at a Large Family Child Care Home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home as specified in subsections (b) and (c). This requirement was not met by: Based upon the information gathered, the licensee was over capacity, as she had three infants, two two-year-olds, and two school-age children while her daughter/assistant was in the bedroom at the time of the incident. This posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Notification to parents enrolled at the center — record review and interview. Licensee provided LPA with proof of required Mandated Reporter Training (AB1207) completed on 1/10/23. Licensee will need to update training. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care.
