Licensee has not provided parents and guardians with complaint reports and a case management report dated 12/16/2025 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Personal Rights — Child #1 scratched Child #3 in the face. Licensee is aware Child #1 has aggressive behavior towards peers. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and/or personal rights to persons in care.
(f) As soon as possible but no later then the same business day, the licensee shall notify a child's parent or authorized representative regardless of the injuries or acts that affect that child as specified in Health and Safety Code Section 1597.467(a). (1) Any injury suffered by a child in care shall be reported to that child's parent or authorized representative regardless of treatment by a medical professional.
Personal Rights — the Licensee recorded a video of a child being disciplined and crying. The Licensee sent the video to others and denied a child a drink when it was requested which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Alterations to Existing Building or Grounds — The Licensee reported the installation of an in-ground pool seven days after construction started which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
