Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on the Site Supervisor's written unusual incident report (UIR) submitted to CCLD on 02/06/25, stating that on 02/05/25 at approximately 12:55pm, child C1 left the classroom, entering the fully fenced playground without supervision of a teacher for less than one minute, before being brought back inside by staff S3, which posed a potential health and safety risk to a child in care.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on the Site Supervisor's written unusual incident report (UIR) submitted to CCLD on 09/09/24, stating that on 09/09/24 at approximately 12:00pm, child C1 was left without supervision of a teacher for approximately eight minutes while on the preschool playground before being reunited with their class. The Site Supervisor reported that C1's class transitioned indoors while C1 remained outdoors on the fully fenced play yard, which posed a potential health and safety risk to a child in care.
