This requirement was not met when staff released a child to an unauthorized adult which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
101229.1 Sign In and Sign Out (a) In addition to the sign-in procedure requirement of Section 101226.1(b), the licensee shall develop, maintain, and implement a written procedure to sign the child in/out of the child care center... This requirement was not met when staff provided the incorrect sign in/ out form to a parent/ authorized representative during naptime which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
