Food Service — Based on the 7 out 8 staff members and 4 out 4 parents confirmed that the infants were fed half a hot dog with a half a bun during the event. Some staff members stated that they were able to access the scissors to cut the hot dog up for the infants to eat. This posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
