The fence that separates the pool and the outdoor play area measures between 54.5 to 58 inches.

Assistant 1 stated that she is in charge of the pool log and her last log was completed in April 2026.

Family home — children supervised at all times — Based on LPA observation and interview with staff, the Licensee left this morning, 01/09/2026 and would not return until 01/18/2026 while the day care is still in operation left to the Licensee's daughter. This is a potential health and safety and/or personal rights risk to children in care.

Immunizations:(g) The licensee shall document each child's immunizations as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, Section 6070, and shall maintain such documentation for as long as the child is enrolled. This was not being maintained as evidenced by: Based on record review, the Licensee did not have proof of C1's immunizations prior to enrolling in their care. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

Operation of a Family Child Care Home:(g) The home shall..which might endanger a child. Safety precautions.. limited to: (7) An emergency information card shall be maintained for each child and shall..a parent or other responsible adult to be contacted in an emergency, the name and telephone number of the child's physician and the parent's authorization for the licensee or registrant to consent to emergency medical care. This was not being maintained as evidenced by: Based on record review for C1, the Licensee did not have a completed LIC700 with C1's physician's name, address and phone number, as well as a signed LIC627 from C1's parent(s). This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

Family home — children supervised at all times — Based on interview with Licensee, and observation, LPA found that the Licensee was absent from the facility for more than 20 percent of the daily operation. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

Infant Safe Sleep — Based on LPA observation, an infant (C1) had a blanket in the crib while they were sleeping upon LPA arrival. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
