Mandated reporter training — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the licensee and 2 assistants do not have current mandated reporter training which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Reporting Requirements — Licensee stated she did not report the incident involving a child who received an injury while in care for which he received medical attention due to being unaware of the reporting requirement regulation. Which is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
