Health-Related Services — … Per staff#1, the incident occurred on 02/23/26 at 9:17:26 AM, a message was sent to parent#1 at 9:33 AM via procare, but school did not attempt to give a call to parent#1 after noticing the seriousness of the big bruise on child#1’s forehead. Health-Related Services — … Per staff#3 and staff#4, ice was applied on child#1 forehead after fall, they went inside that classroom at 9:30 AM and child#1 did not like the ice and staff did not apply ice on child#1’s forehead till was picked up by parent#1 at 10:17AM.
