Family home — in-ground pool drowning prevention requirements — Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed a swimming pool alarm that was installed on the access gate and was not placed inside the pool and did not meet the ASTM F2208 International Standard.
Mandated reporter training — Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for both Licensees which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Both Licensees have not renewed the Mandated Reporter Training that expired on 07/06/2025.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed a baby bouncer in the on limit family room during today's inspection. LPA informed licensee that baby bouncers, walkers and similar items are not allowed in family childcare homes. LPA did not observe any infants or children in the baby bouncer. Licensee placed baby bouncer in an off-limit area during today's inspection.
Immunizations — Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for two children (C1 and C2) which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for one infant (C1) which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
