Personal Rights — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C8 was placed in a bouncer that had been positioned inside a crib while the child remained in the device. This arrangement is not consistent with the manufacturer’s instructions for safe and appropriate use of the equipment which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
