This requirment was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the center did not comply with the section cited above. The center did not provide sufficient supervision, which led to the child climbing on the roughly four-foot bookshelf and jumping down. LPAs observed this during the inspection. Failing to provide adequate supervision to meet the needs of children in care poses a potential health and safety risk for them.
