Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, per licensee stated that she is scheduled for training on August 8, 2026 and that the assistance is current but was unable to provide proof in todays inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Alterations to Existing Building or Grounds — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, during todays inspection LPA observed 1 infant sleeping in an off limits bedroom in a crib, Licensee stated that she rarely uses that bedroom but because she has two infants she wanted to seperate them so one does not wake up the other, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Mandated reporter training — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee's mandated reporter training expired on 07/21/2024, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Staff immunization — influenza, pertussis and measles — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Assistant #1 was missing proof of measles and tuberculosis, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in completing fire and disaster drill which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in providing proof of safe sleep logs which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Mandated reporter training — Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the assistant not completing mandated reporter training which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
