Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall have certain rights that shall not be waived or abridged by the licensee regardless of consent or authorization from the child's authorized representative. These rights include, but are not limited to, the following: To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment. LPA observed ants in the children bathroom. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

Infant Safe Sleep — LPA observed C1 sleeping in an infant swing at 6:35AM. Licensee stated C1's parent brought the swing this morning to help C1 sleep better. S1 moved C1 to a pack-N-play.
Mandated reporter training — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
