All food shall be selected, stored, prepared and served in a safe and healthful manner. — No milk was served or observed in any refrigerators during the inspection. Staff was observed changing a soiled diaper with fecal matter and did not wash hands. The same employee was observed coming to kitchen to prepare food without washing her hands.
