Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on tour of the facility and LPA observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and the required 2 A 10BC fire extinguisher was purchased on 09/06/24 and it was not serviced annually as it is required which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
