Waivers and Exceptions for Program Flexibility — Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the licensee commingled 8 Kindergarten children with school age children after 8:00 AM, which exceeds the condition of their waiver. In addition, licensee enrolled 12 kindergarten children in the school age program, where as the license indicates 1st grade to 12 years of age on the school age license, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
