Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee could not provide proof of 15-minute sleeping log for 4 out of 4 infants present. Licensee stated she has never completed a sleeping log and did not know she needed to complete one for infants. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
