Buildings and Grounds — On May 20, 2025 LPA inspected classrooms for a complaint investigation and observed peeling paint in walls of classrooms 1, 4, and 5B. LPA also observed a dead fly and other insects on the windowsill of classroom 8. Classroom 2 sink was leaking water on floor making it a slipping hazard. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
Buildings and Grounds — On May 20, 2025 LPA inspected classrooms for a complaint investigation and observed disinfecting wipes in classroom 1 within reach of children. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
