Drinking Water — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA's observed disposible cups by the sinks, toothbrush area, and on a shelf not in a despensor. LPA's observed in room 3, 1 water fountain that has low water pressure were children's mouth may come in contact with the fountain while using which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Outdoor Activity Space — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed preschool play structure has no age recommended manufacture label, the rubber that coats the metal bars, handles and stairs are warn off and torn off, spider webs around the play structure, paint peeling on the side. LPA's observed a picnic style bench with lattice style roof that had 4 rusted poles, and a rusted faux faucet. 1 water fountain that has low water pressure which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPA's observed teachers and teacher aids on their personal cell phone and on tablets not observing or supervising sleeping children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
